This magnificent light music concert takes the audience to the 20th century Northern America, sweeping them along to the streets of New York, the heat of the deep south and the glittering glamour of Broadway.  The concert covers a wide spectrum of music genres, from opera to blues, composed by American masters Leonard Bernstein and George Gershwin. The night’s shining star is Marika Hölttä, our fantastic soloist, known to people in the Oulu region for her role  in the Magic Flute.
