The Dragoon Band will have living legend Pepe Willberg as its soloist. Willberg will
perform a wide variety of his best hits from his long career ranging from old hits to newer
pieces from the gold-selling album Saimaa. This concert will be the Anniversary Concert
of the North Karelia Regional Office.
