The Defence Forces’ regional church concert in Kuusamo

The Lapland Military Band and Reservist Choir, organist Lauri-Kalle Kallunki, conductor Juhani Valtasalmi, choir conductor Olli Heikkilä

This year, the Defence Forces’ regional church concert is hosted by Kuusamo Congregation. In addition to the Lapland Military Band, the concert features  the Northern Finland Reservists’ Choir and organist Lauri-Kalle Kallunki. The programme  includes Finnish music, for example hymns arranged for the band and the choir. The band and the choir perform both separately and together. The speaker in the event is Field Bishop Pekka Asikainen.  Free entry.
