Defence Forces Musical Summer Tour
The Defence Forces Summer Tour 2019 includes all in all 10 localities in June.
In connection with these events, the public will have the opportunity to become familiar with present day military service for men and voluntary military service for women. It will also be possible to visit equipment exhibitions and see military displays arranged by the local brigade-level units. The summer tour's evenings will end with open air concerts suitable for the whole family performed by the Finnish military bands.

Osmo Ikonen, famous from the Suomi Love show, will perform as the soloist of the Air Force Big Band. He will set up a show with trendy soul and funk not to mention ever-so-lovely love songs.
Vocalist Ressu Redford from Turku will charm the audience as the soloist of the Dragoon Big Band. The most famous songs of Ressu’s solo career include Kuka on se oikea (Who is the Right One), Kuusi kuuta & Saturnuksen renkaat (Six Moons And the Rings of Saturn) and translated hits Without You (Älä mee), Take a Look at Me Now (Kato mitä sä teit ja Annie’s Song (Taas aurinko nousee).
